We at Funways Marketing Group have developed a new modification to the original Accujac. The Accujac Control Panel. It operates in conjunction with modified Accujac bellows and consists of a stand-alone attachment that plugs into the Accujac port and contains all the necessary compound valving to give you the ability to have better control over suction and stroke length.

  The original Accujac was a great machine. In fact, it was a mechanical breakthrough! While it had a variable speed control, it had only fixed suction and stroke length. The technology used a flexible bellows configuration and a "flapper valve" on the bellows. This flapper leaked massive amounts of air on the negative (vacuum) stroke, this limited the amount the amount of vacuum the Accujac could pull, and it also assured that the bellows always had the same amount of air to expel on the positive (pressure) stroke. Secondly, on the positive (pressure) stroke the flapper valve would open and as the sleeve moved foreword, air was also expelled out of the flapper valve, this limited the amount of foreward travel of the sleeve to make sure that the sleeve did not "ride" too far forward and fall off.

  Purchase of the Accujac Control Panel requires that you send in your Accujac to our facilities. We do a simple modification of the bellows by removing the old "flapper" valve and then install a special vacuum regulator valve on the bellows. Your Accujac is then returned to you with your new control panel attachment. The cost is $125.00 plus return shipping and COD charges. PLEASE NOTE: This price assumes that your Accujac is fully functional and does not require any additional repair work. If additional work is required it will be billed as per repair charges stated below.
